Mendota shoppers can choose a turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 300 horsepower or a twin-turbo V6 with 330 horsepower. Either engine can be paired with a 10-speed automatic. The four-cylinder version achieves an EPA-estimated 22 mpg, and the six-cylinder version gets an EPA-estimated up to 18 mpg. Pay attention to your tire choices if you need to take your Bronco to work five days a week. The taller the tire, the worse your fuel consumption will be. The V6 engine has the highest acceleration power. It accelerates from zero to 60 in about six seconds, while the turbo-charged four-cylinder can go from zero to 60 in just over seven seconds.
